Conceptual Identity
In this assignment, students hone in on personality identification, metaphorical messaging and core creative concept development by visually expressing the essence of a famous real person from any era. Subjects cannot be individuals with a personal branded business like Oprah Winfrey or Martha Stewart, nor entertainers with a constructed public persona like Britney Spears. The final deliverable, presented as a refined single image or cohesive series of images, aims to articulate a distinctive, clear voice with layered depth of meaning.
